Updates

Photobucket

My wonderful hubby came home last night and I was lucky enough to get some picture updates of the house.

We have been told PCI is going to be next week which means I will be getting the keys in days as opposed to weeks or months.

A couple of things that were issues have been fixed - the bath spout has been moved forward so it now actually pours water into the bath

I am loving the undermounted sinks and the lovely stone tops. For me the tiles just keep getting better and better and I just can't wait to actually live in this bathroom!!!

Ohlala! It looks great. Understand you must be pleased that the water is now coming in to the bath ;)?!? Where was it going before may I ask?
Is that a textured wall on the last picture?

Hi Anette - Its quiet late over there isnt it??? Glad I have someone to talk to on the other side of the world! The plumbers, bless their souls felt it was acceptable for the water to pour out of the bath spout onto the bath hob which would then run directly onto my carpet. Obviously I wasnt a fan of this solution and asked them to fix it with all due haste.

As for the textured wall, any of the walls done in a light tile are actually textured. We loved it and agonised over what to put with it, I like that we went for a dark tile though, It makes the light texture stand out more.

Looks lovely! I'm envious of anyone with a bath - our current bathroom doesn't have one and I love a good bath!

I dont think I could like without a bath "ITNS" ... there is nothing better than to escape into a bath. Really looking forward to this one.

It's looking fabulous! We've been in our house for 2 years now and I still haven't managed to use the bath! Ange

Thanks Guys - I am back and glad to have your comments. I am starting to get nervous about my choices so all the nice things you say are helping to reassure me!
